Možnost vydělat hodně peněz, za odměnu spousta výletů, dovolených,...

Když jste opravdu dobří a nejste tam 5 a více let, “vyšší” vás podráží, kde můžou, schválně kazí hladký průběh obchodů apod. Toto je velké mínus firmy, které není férové. Avšak navenek vypadá vše jako práce snů...doporučuji nechávat si své postupy a vše jen pro sebe, nikdy nevíte, kdo vás podrazí, protože se každý tváří jako největší kamarád s maximální podporou. Rozhodně nedejte na sliby benefitů apod, které říkají v akademii a na pohovorech (neustálý nátlak na plnění prodaných produktů, jinak se výrazně snižují provize,...). Zaměstnanci se tam střídají rychlostí blesku. Za práci jsem vděčná, vydělala mi obrovské peníze a dala do života spoustu zkušeností, ale vím, že to za to všechno “skryté kolem” nestojí.

Nikdy neusíná na vavřínech, vždy myslí na budoucnost a snaží se rozvíjet.

Něco se povede více, něco méně, ale vše se průběžně vyhodnocuje a na zpětné vazby se reaguje změnami.
