jde o možnost domluvit se na pracovní době, směnách - avšak na úkor klasického poměru, tedy platově se pohybujeme na ceně brigády a nikoliv např. částečného úvazku. Nejsou zde benefity - tedy nutno počítat, že se jedná o doplněk ke studiu ....

Ve velké většině zde pracují studenti, mladí lidé a navíc systém odměňování je cílen na mladé lidi, kteří ještě nepotřebují mít všechny příjmy řádně uvedeny a zdaněny. Pracovní poměr je tedy většinou sjednáván formou brigád a dohod. Benefitní systém je téměř nulový - tedy dobré pro start, ale nikoliv dlouhodobě.
