Nastúpil som ako super-junior s nulovými praktickými skúsenosťami. Bol mi pridelený mentor, ktorý mi z radosťou zodpovedal všetky moje otázky. Na vypracovanie úloh som mal dostatok času, aby som problematiku mohol preskúmať do hĺbky. Firma tiež pravidelne organizuje "cechy" zamerané na určitú časť vývoja (FE, BE, DevOps, po novom aj AI) kde sa volne diskutuje o nových technológiách, kolegovia zdieľajú znalosti z projektov.

Neřeší se tu nějaký dresscode, jak má člověk vypadat apod. Pokud je někdo pracovitý, zlepšuje se ve své práci, tak je přijímán ostatními bez ohledu na to, jestli je nebo není formálně oblečen. Také se neřeší nějaká pracovní doba.
