Živé a moderné kancelárie, super partia, ochota pomôcť...
Opportunity to learn new things
Nastúpil som ako super-junior s nulovými praktickými skúsenosťami. Bol mi pridelený mentor, ktorý mi z radosťou zodpovedal všetky moje otázky. Na vypracovanie úloh som mal dostatok času, aby som problematiku mohol preskúmať do hĺbky. Firma tiež pravidelne organizuje "cechy" zamerané na určitú časť vývoja (FE, BE, DevOps, po novom aj AI) kde sa volne diskutuje o nových technológiách, kolegovia zdieľajú znalosti z projektov.

MoroSystems je primárně založen na lidech. Můžete přijít za kýmkoliv od juniorů až po vedení a pobavit se o čemkoliv, což vnímám jako úžasnou věc. Navíc je zde velké množství akcí, které organizují lidé individuálně, takže každý si zde najde své.
Platové ohodnocení zaostává za konkurencí.

Dělám práci, která mě baví a naplňuje. Po pracovní stránce se neustále posunuji, protože se stále mohu učit spoustu nových věcí. V MoroSystems jezdíme dvakrát do roka na MoroTýmování (celofiremní akce), oslavujeme společně narozeniny a pořádáme v průběhu roku různé akce. :-)

kolektív, ľudský prístup flexibilita nič nie je nemožné sprcha v kancelárii (ocenia hlavne cyklisti a bežci) cyklostojan priamo v kancelárii (takže sa nemusím bát o bicykel)
Jobs fit for working parents
pracujú tu ľudia, ktorý tiež majú malé deti a preto sa nečudujú ak sú počas chrípkovej sezóny choré aj viac krát do mesiaca. Takéto pochopenie nie je samozrejmosť a pomáha veľmi k dobrej pohode v kolektíve. Vedia pochopiť že kvôli deťom sa treba prispôsobiť a nemajú s tým žiaden problém, keďže to sami zažívajú. A tento prístup sa tým pádom ľahko šíri v kolektíve (ako chrípka :)).
Informal work atmosphere
žiaden dress code, priateľský prístup (to je taký, keď vás kolega osloví nielen s pracovnou otázkou/témou ale aj so súkromnou, lebo ho to zaujma a komunikácia nie je stroho pracovná)

Je skvělé mít možnost skloubit pracovní a soukromou stránku života! Kancelář v centru města! Otevřené společenství lidí s podobnými i rozdílnými názory, kteří umí táhnout za jeden provaz!
