Spokojenost se skládá vždy s více záležitostí. Jedna velmi důležitá je lidskost, zájem o klienty i zaměstnance, aby poskytované služby byly dobré, zaměstnancům se naslouchá a hledá se řešení různých záležitostí, které život běžně přináší. Nezametají se těžkosti pod koberec. Otevřená komunikace.

Lidé se k sobě chovají ohleduplně, umí si pomáhat, odpustit. Vedení slyší na potřeby zaměstnanců, řeší jejich problémy a požadavky. Je tady cítit lidskost, dbá se na to.
