poskytuje sociální služby, i malé služby pro lidi na okraji společnosti. Většina pracovníků v přímé péči má nasazení, pracuje srdcem a v souladu s křesťanskými hodnotami

Je tlak na pracovníky, aby svůj volný čas věnovali akcím, někdy místo dobrovolníků. Malé možnosti ocenění aktivity, nasazení, což je způsobeno současným způsobem financování sociálních služeb.

Možnost si určit dovolenou - případně změnit Lidi podobného rázu

Problémové dotace - plnit na 100% a dotace poníží o 30% Nucení do darů a aktivit, které mají dělat dobrovolníci

Dělám práci, které věřím. Mám velkou důvěru v profesionalitu svých kolegů. Jsem hrdá na práci, kterou dělám. Vztahy jsou velmi přátelské a neformální.

Někdy ta struktura je hodně náročná.

Oceňuji otevřenou komunikaci při řešení problémů. Skvělý tým všech spolupracovníků. Každodenní radost z pomoci druhým.
