Stabilita firmy, férové jednání
Zlepšit motivaci zaměstnanců podle zásluhovosti, hlavně v dělnických profesích. Zlepšit komunikaci mezi jednotlivými úseky při řešení problémů týkajících se více úseků, tj. zlepšit "tah na branku", najít řešení upřednostňující zájem firmy před zájmy jednotlivých úseků.

Hlavně komunikace s vedením a říkat věci na rovinu. Podle mě není správné nechávat zaměstnance v nejistotě a trhat dobrou pracovní partu. Bezdůvodně.
