Firma je vhodná pro lidi , kteří chtějí jistotu a stabilitu

Seriózní zaměstnavatel s pravidelnými výplatními termíny.
Více pracovat s lidmi - ocenit ty, kteří odvádějí dobrou práci a jsou přínosem pro firmu. Stanovit zodpovědnost, ale i kompetence vedoucím pracovníkům, tak aby mohli motivovat své podřízené.

Bohužel není moc věcí, kterých bych si cenil. Snad jen, že výplata je vždy pravidelně na účtě a můžu s ní vždy počítat.
Zavedl bych SICK DAYS a určitě bych ubral byrokracie, které je tady fakt hodně. Nesmyslné zapisovaní každého nesmyslu a stovky tabulek, které nejsou vůbec efektivní.
