Mzda přichází pravidelně Dobrý kolektiv Vstřícnost k osobnímu životu
Přístup vedení firmy k zaměstnancům Slabá vůle udžet ve firmě zaměstnance kteří mají firmě co dát (know how, znalost prostředí, pověstný tah na branku, ...) Složitý systém vnitřních předpisů, nařízení a postupů Neochota kompetentních osob řešit závažné problémy na úkor těch s menší vahou

Přístup zaměstnavatele ke svým zaměstnancům se každým rokem zhoršuje. Měli by si více vážit svých dobrých a dlouholetých zaměstnanců.

přispívá na penzijní pojištění,obědy a různé benefity
vedení nespolehlivé každý vedoucí si hraje na svém písečku aniž by střediska a výroba spolupracovala a mistry poslední dobou dělají lidé kteří o firmě neví nic a jsou ve firmě ani ne půl roku a hned se z nic udělají mistři a vedoucí

poslední rok to jde až moc rychle z kopce-spokejenost byla tak před 5 lety -teď už ani trochu
snad jen že firma přispívá na obědy-bohužel nová firma vaří strašně špatně takže už ani tam se nechodí + snad jen benefity
