S přístupem přímého nadřízeného, ale to je velmi individuální

Vyplata v danou dobu,ale vedouci mista jsou udelovana na základě znamosti a ne dle odbornosti a zkusenosti. Odmeny podle znamosti a kamaradstvi s vedenim a né za práci.

Na pracovištích se většinou sejde perfektní parta, kdy se opravdu jeden může spolehnout na druhého. Pozitivní je také to, že výplata chodí pravidelně a včas.
Nic nefunguje, jak má. Zaostává logistika i férový přístup, zato byrokracií bychom mohli vyvážet do zahraničí. Zaměstnanci musejí být papežštější než papež. Pokud někde chybí pracovníci, tak se vymyslí jiný systém služeb, aby to nebylo až tak nápadné, ale pracovníci nepřibudou, i přesto, že jich jsou plné kanceláře, většinou naprosto zbytečně.

Pokud člověk neudělá nějakou " botu ", tak má jistotu zaměstnání
nebyl jsem spokojen s lidmi kteří se na vedoucích místech domnívali, že jen oni jsou ti co tomu rozumí a oni vše umí. Ti co pracují pod nimi, jsou jen spodina, lenoši a banda buch ví čeho.
