Jde převážně o kolektiv starších lidí. Pro mladší ročníky je nevýhoda v mzdovém ohodnocení dle platového stupně, který se odvíjí od délky praxe. Prostor pro růst, ve smyslu použít znalosti nabyté zde jinde, je nízký. Jde o specifický úřad, jediný v republice.

Díky flexibilitě pracovní doby, z níž pevná část tvoří čas od 9:00 do 15:00, v pátek do 14:00.
Protoze tu tito lide maji jiz nalinkovane mustry a predem vypracovane pracovni prostredi, ktere se tu neda delat jinak nez tak, jak to kdysi nekdo nastavil byť je to neefektivni zpusob prace tak se to tu tak dela a jinak to pry delat nelze. Proto je tu prace vhodna pro lidi, kteří mají rádi neměnná pravidla a řád, který je sice postavený na hlavu ale je tu.
