Když byla práce, bylo to v pohodě. Pokud nebyla nastalo propůjčování zaměstnance na jiné améby kde práce byla, což je sice normální, ale třeba mě to celkem stresovalo. Firma je celosvětový gigant a kdo nikdy nepracoval v nadnárodní firmě bude zpočátku jistě velice zmatený, ale postupem času zjistí, že se to dá zvládnout (směrnice, nařízení, postupy...BOZP).Oproti jiným firmám má i zajímavé benefity a kupodivu celek jako takový funguje dobře. Platí včas a relativně dobře, v regionu bych řekl, že skvěle. Kdo chce a umí pracovat, tak se zde jistě uplatní.
Bylo to zmiňované kolísání "množství práce". Pochopitelně, že vás platí i pokud práce zrovna moc není, ale pro někoho kdo se nerad jen tak "válí" je to únavné.

Káva a čaj v ceně. Strava na úrovni od Sodex. Hezké prostředí.
Něktré požadavky kiolegů byli zcestné. To vyplývalo s jejich technické neznalosti. Styl chování vyplývající ze zahraniční tedy Americké společnosti.
