Rozhodně kvalitní zaměstnavatel se vstřícným přístupem k zaměstnancům, individuální vnímání práce jednotlivce i péče o zaměstnance. Spolehlivost.
Bohužel je to již celkem dlouho, takže opravdu nemohu posoudit.

Ocenuji pracovni prostredi, moznost vzdelavani a docela dobre benefity.
Jakmile vyjadrite nesouhlas nebo neco pripominkujete, jste negativni a delate spatnou atmosferu. Usmivejte se a vsechno odkyvejte a nebudete mit problem.

Dobré příležitosti pro nové věci k učení se. Možnost dělat "svobodně" svůj obor - bez micromanagementu. Možnost věci rozhodovat a ovlivňovat.
Limitovaný interní růst. Více příležitostí pro interní růst než nabírat lidi z trhu.

platové ohodnocení, kolektiv včetně velmi dobré spolupráce, dobré rozdělení obchodních pozic=každý ví, co má dělat

Výborný kolektiv.
Častá fluktuace zaměstnanců a s tím spojený problém při zatupování a řešení nějakého problému. Stabilnější kolektiv by byl přínosnější.
