než koupili banku rusové, byla to Volksbank Rakousko. Skvělé vedení, téměř rodinná firma. Po prodeji - další patra, nemožnost komunikace s nadřízenými, každý si hleděl svého "koryta" a snažil se hrabat pouze na svém písečku. Neochota vyslechnout podřízeného, jednání se zamstnanci - stal ses nepohodlným - včera byl tvůj poslední den v bance. Odevzdej všechny prostředky a klíče a vypadni!
Moje nadřízená - neschopná řešit problémy, neochota jednat z očí do očí.

Určitě cas, ktery trávím v praci, 8-16:30 pondeli az pátek
Nezodpovědné planovani cilu, nemoznost plnit a tím padem mensi mesicni výdělek. Bohuzel se snizil i bonus z prodeje.
