Malá efektivita. V bance je více manažerů než lopat. Schvalovací proces na banální věc vyžaduje hodně času a úsilí.

pracovní svoboda
složitý schvalovací proces, přicházíme o klienty- vyhazujeme mld oknem, tzv. , rigidní board - nezájem o klienty - neprosazování dealů, demotivační bonusový systém.

- dobré zázemí - férové zacházení - lidé se k sobě chovají slušně a jsou otevření - možnost home-office - atmosféra jako v rodinné firmě - možnost využití vlastní kreativity - možnost realizace
