Overall positive treatment of employees, how they handled corona crisis, possibility of home office, they pay wages and they pay on time

Local IT is frustrating and operates on different principles than global IT which complicates my work, open space office, corporate structure is complex and rigid, service desk is organized poorly and is not sufficient, we pay for external service provider that does not do their job and there is no way to force them

- stabilni a silna firma - ac korporace, tak společnost Atlas Copco nabízí "rodinnou" atmosféru - mezinarodni prostředí (uvnitř zákaznických center i diky komunikaci s divizi - pro urcite pozice) - moznost profesního rustu - společnost ma radu programu, které umoznuji zajemcum získat opravdovou mezinarodni zkušenost diky projektum nebo rozvojovym programum - interni job market

asi jako v kazde korporaci, ci velke organizaci, nekdy muze byt problem s komunikaci (coz v dnesni době je problem téměř všude)

Firma dba na rozvoj svych zamestnancu. Nabizi jak lokalni, tak i globalni programy, projekty nebo i kratkodobe mise, napr. na divizi ve Svedsku.

Firemnim jazykem je anglictina. V ruznych pozicich lze vyuzit i dalsi jazyky
