wonderful colleagues and the best boss, interesting job, office close to the center, above average salary, home office any time needed. I still love it and I hope I will stay here till I will retire.

Nejvíce si cením slušného a férového jednání ze strany vedení firmy. Dále pak flexibility a možnosti zkrácených úvazků. V neposlední řadě skvělé možnosti na posun v rámci společnosti. Dalším důležitým bodem je poskytovaná důvěra a svoboda zároveň.

Ve společnosti se mi nejvíce líbí firemní kultura, vztah mezi zaměstnanci na pracovišti a možnost rozvíjet se a posouvat se dál. Cením si kolektivu, který mám kolem sebe i vedení, které se podle mého poslední dobou velmi snaží.

Momentálně mě opravdu nic nenapadá, se vším jsem velmi spokojená.

Je to těžké dnešními očima hodnotit je jiná doba a jiná situace na trhu

Možnost si napracované hodiny vybrat (tzv. flexi time), jazykové kurzy, certifikace ACCA, multisportkarta, 5 týdnů dovolené, cvičení (pilates, joga,..) na pracovišti.

libi se mi firemni kultura celkove, moznost ucit se novym vecem a ocenuji i praci HR oddeleni (ruzne mimofiremni akce, napr. bezecke zavody apod.).
