Zamestnavatel AC jiste nebizi hodne moznosti a realizaci pro cloveka. Ne vzdy ale byly prezentovany nebo srozumitelne okmunikovany. Samozrejme take zalezi na pozici a naplni, kterou zamestnanec vykonaval. Obecne bych AC nehodnotil jako spatneho zamestnavatele. Spise bych rekl ze tehdejsi vedeni a nadrizeni pracovnici se slepe soustredili na KPI bez ohledu na stav obchodu nebo psychickou kondici zamestnance. Byl jsem v teto spolecnosti svedkem vyhoreni a nasledneho "odhozeni" zamestnance. Myslim si ale, ze toto neni problem AC jako korporace, spise tehdejsiho vedeni.

Moznost profesniho rustu, ale take moznost presunu na jiny typ prace (napr z financi na HR). Velmi dobra firemni kultura s durazem na etiku a udrzitelnost. Prijemne pracovni prostredi zahrnujici mile a ochotne kolegy. Vstricnost ohledne zkracenych uvazku.
Asi jako v kazdem korporatu je obcas nekdo vice zavalen praci (ti schopnejsi)...a nekdo se veze....

V Atlas Copco s.r.o se k vam budou chovat fer a nemusite se bat prescasu . Velkym benefitem je prace z domova ,kdy jsme v kancelari jen dva dny v tydnu a velmi ocenuji, ze mi muj nadrizeny vzdy dokaze vyjit vstric, pokud neco potrebuji. Za me tuto spolecnost doporucuji.
Chybi mi cafeterie benefitni body, ktere se daji utratit v lekarne nebo za Multisport kartu, poplatek za ni zametnavatel strhava z platu.

Málo benefitů, které jsou jinde už naprostým standardem (sick days, příspěvek na MHD, benefit karta, kterou se dá zaplatit kino, kosmetika apod.)
