Projektují se zde velké stavby, a to vždy v týmech - nezkušení mohou koukat pod prsty zkušeným. Tolerantní prostředí ve firmě je otevřené dotazům. Tím se může každý posouvat a jednou žák předčí svého učitele : o )

Projektování velkých staveb by nemělo dávat prostor pro improvizaci stavebníkům - není čas na chyby. Proto musí být vše funkčně navržené, a to je náročné - vymyslet, navrhnout, koordinovat. Často jde o řešení, které je výzvou, a které je nutné pojmout komplexně. Jde o atypická řešení požadavků architektů či konstrukcí. Náročnost úkolů definuje zakázka, nikoliv pracovní proces!
