Atraktivní zakázky, vše co k práci potřebuji je super, motivační pracovní prostředí, množství benefitů, rozumná velikost firmy (ještě se mezi sebou všichni známe)
Chybí organizace práce. Práce se řeší samospádem na základě zkušeností vedoucích projektů. Vedení neřeší individuální potřeby systémově - vzdělávání i benefity jsou jsou pro všechny stejné bez ohledu na potřeby pozic či jedinců.
Complex tasks
Projektování velkých staveb by nemělo dávat prostor pro improvizaci stavebníkům - není čas na chyby. Proto musí být vše funkčně navržené, a to je náročné - vymyslet, navrhnout, koordinovat. Často jde o řešení, které je výzvou, a které je nutné pojmout komplexně. Jde o atypická řešení požadavků architektů či konstrukcí. Náročnost úkolů definuje zakázka, nikoliv pracovní proces!
Work in a team of young people
Projektují se zde velké stavby, a to vždy v týmech - nezkušení mohou koukat pod prsty zkušeným. Tolerantní prostředí ve firmě je otevřené dotazům. Tím se může každý posouvat a jednou žák předčí svého učitele : o )

Order and rules
Řád a pravidla , pokud mají smyls jsou oporou a usnadňují práci. A tak vnímám řád a pravidla v Casua. Oceňuji i, že vnitřní termíny, které si vedení pro sebe stanovuje, plní. S tím jsme se často nesetkal.

super kolektiv lidí, zajímavá práce na velkých projektech (v BIM), velký open space (ale každý má svůj prostor), místo celkově.
organizace práce a vše co s tím souvisí (rozdělování lidí, úkolů, termínů, atd.)
