Jde o práci v nepřetržitém režimu, lze dohodnout kratší úvázek a na směnách se s vedoucí domluvit. To znamená že nemusí zájemci chodit do zaměstnání 5 dnů v týdnu. Zbývá více času na studium.
Hlavně se dobře zorientovat ve stylu vedení a najít správné postupy pro práci. Procesy ve firmě nejsou dobře nastaveny, osobním příkladem se snad povede někomu tuto situaci napravit.
