Dobrý kolektiv. Na sociální firmu pěkné benefity (příspěvek na penzijní poj, příspěvek na dopravu u vybraných skupin, příspěvek na sport a kulturu, vlatní stravování za nízkou cenu). Možnost dohodnout se na mimořádném volnu v případě problémů v rodině.Panuje zde respekt a uznání.
Opportunity to work during studies
Jde o práci v nepřetržitém režimu, lze dohodnout kratší úvázek a na směnách se s vedoucí domluvit. To znamená že nemusí zájemci chodit do zaměstnání 5 dnů v týdnu. Zbývá více času na studium.

Komunikace vedení společnosti se zaměstnanci je otevřená a mohu se se svými nápady podílet na rozvoji společnosti. Pravidelně probíhají i akce na lepší seznámení se s kolegy napříč společností a teambuildingové aktivity
obecně nejsou platové podmínky v sociálních službách vysoké tak, aby zohledňovaly náročnost práce, což vyvažuje spokojenost klientů.
