Flexible hours, treated with high understanding for any personal problems, security for my workspace with no extra stress of losing it.

Maybe a bit with salary

Complex tasks

Most of our clients are big industry brands, and the bigger the brand the bigger to complex tasks are. But also creative business is one big complex task.

Security and stability

You will have 2-3 warnings before being fired. People in the highest positions together with HR are always open to discussing any concerns, and even during COVID, we didn't have any layoffs.

very senior and experienced people. very human approach. quality of work is everything.

We grew so fast we need to put some systems in place that would tame the chaos a bit.

Pracuji ve VCCP vice jak 5 let. Jsem spokojena s fungovanim agentury i s vedenim. Urcite jsem se hodne dalsiho naucila. Myslim, ze je tady proste dobra energie:)

Vsude je neco, tady nic velkeho, co by stalo za to resit.

Práce s prestižními klienty a realizace komplexních projektů

Nedostatek uznání a ocenění za odvedenou práci. Nízké mzdy a nedostatek benefitů. Nedostatek příležitostí pro osobní a profesní rozvoj.
