Velmi si cením osobního přístupu, možnosti flexibility a uznání. Celkově je VCCP místo, kde se člověk hodně naučí, cítí se dobře a najde přátelé. Je tu dost rušno a práce není málo ale člověk si to musí uřídit sám a stát si za svým.

Občas s většími rozhodnutími váháme příliš ale dá se to pochopit.

Great team spirit. All departments feel they are an important part of the process. We produce work we can be very proud of.

There really isn't much. There could be more productions, but that is more a client thing, not agency

Celkově velmi pozitivně hodnotím firemní kulturu. Máme lidský a férový management, se kterým se dá velmi dobře domluvit na čemkoli, vím, že se na sebe vzájemně můžeme spolehnout v pracovních i mezilidských vztazích. Firemní kultuře odpovídá i skladba zaměstnanců, se kterými, myslím, jsme skutečně jeden tým a vzájemně skvěle vycházíme.

Pracovní nasazení je někdy náročné, ale to je asi stejné napříč agenturami. Jinak si nemůžu stěžovat.

At VCCP if you have talented and the right attitude, you can flourish. Company culture driven by strong values + codes of behaviour

We are about being a challenger agency. Hard to do every day especially when you grow, but this should not be forgotten
