I appreciate the freedom to work from home, the respect of working hours and almost never any overtime (at least in my case), good work life balance (if you set your boundries right as with any other company), great team of people and colleagues, opportunity to work on actually interesting projects and learn a lot of new things

Sometimes there are some mandatory "workshops" or meetups, I think everyone would appreciate if those would not be mandatory but rather optional.

Benefity jako školení, multisportka, ovoce zdarma, dobré počítače, možnost home officu, dovolená i pro freelancery, sickdays.
