Štěstí ohledně kolegů na pracovišti, což v takovém provozu je hodně důležité.
Slabší management ohledně velkých kongresů. Na velké kongresy, které jsou většinou několikastovkové chybí personál, a pak je to znát na úrovni obsluhy. Jako kongresový pracovník děláte všechno včetně obsluhy na restauraci a snídaní. Fyzicky náročná práce, dvanáctihodinové směny. Velmi málo placené.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Na pozici kongresový pracovník je potřeba především fyzická síla (stěhování nábytku a vychystávání nádobí na velké kongresy o 500 a více lidech atp.) Vše ostatní vás naučí. Náročnost této práce spočívá v dobré organizaci a komunikaci s nadřízenými . Jinak nevidím nic, co by se průměrně inteligentní člověk nemohl naučit.

Výplata chodila pravidelně, některým se mohli zamlouvat benefity
Příliš časté přesčasy, stres a nejistota při každé nadcházející směně, mizerné platové ohodnocení

nezájem o své zaměstnance, vydírání, hlavně aby byli hosté spokojení, ale to, že zaměstnanci nejsou, na tom už asi nezáleží

Skvělá dostupnost na metru B
Příšerné chování nadřízené, arogantní, povýšená s nezájmem mi cokoliv predat a vysvetlit. Proces zaskoleni a vstup do spolecnosti - nula...nic co by mi usnadnilo orientaci v novém pracov. Prostredí😒
