Oceňoval jsem zejména otevřený přístup ke každému zaměstnanci ze strany přímých nadřízených a práci v přátelském kolektivu, v energickém na zákazníka orientovaném prostředí.

Pracovní kolektiv. Ale za tu práci a odpracovaných hodin je tam výplata opravdu podprůměrná na to, že jste více v práci jak v soukromém životě. Na tuhle práci by jste nemohli mít nějaké větší závazky (rodinu, domácího mazlíčka,...). Tak by to chtělo se aspoň zamyslet nad těma výplatama.

Spokojená jsem s kolektivem, který máme. Kolegové jsou velmi nápomocní a milí.
Nadřízený nejedná fér, co se týče rozdělení práce a ohodnocení mezi hotely, které pod něj spadají. Již velmi okatě upřednostňuje svůj domovský hotel na úkor spokojenosti hostů a zaměstnanců.

Je zde dobráparta lidí, kteří drží za jeden provaz.

S mladým kolektivem lidí, co u nás pracuje.
Základní hodinová mzda by mohla být vyšší, speciální odměny (např. 13. plat) a zajímavé benefity chybí.
