Our package includes a shortened workweek, 3 days of home office per week, 3 personal days, 25 days of vacation, meal contributions, a Multisport card, wellness vouchers, and pension contributions. Great set of benefits (these are really benefits that are listed on websites with added description): - Most beautiful view on the Brno city, - modern office floors with stinky flowers - career growth opporunities where you can, of course, get promoted: you will get much more work for salary raise on the level of dinner bill in restaurant - teambuildings that are actually canceled

- Teamleaders are not qualified enough for their positions, they don´t have the process knowledge and most of the time are not able to help you and you can´t rely on them - Even though you are right, negative feedback towards your TLs is not very welcome, it will come back to bite you in the short term and you will feel the consequences, unfortunately - Interview process - even though you are highly rated internal employee, you need to complete multi level interview...in the end you won't get the job anyway because you will learn that the salary increase is only minimal or nonexistent - They expect you to be happy if the give you more work but nothing in return

Možnost home office. Dobrovolnické dny. Zapojení firmy do charitativních akcí. Nově rekonstruované kanceláře. Kolegové jsou fajn. Podpora rozvoje prostřednictvím kurzů, školení. Akce, vánoční večírky.

Vedení firmy v poslední době nejedná fér. Snižují se stavy zaměstnanců. Celkově je ve firmě dusná atmosféra. Zaměstnanci pociťují nejistotu práce do budoucna.

Celkove mam dojem, ze se zamestnavatel snazi (snazil) delat neco pro svoje zamestnance, nelibi se mi ale spusob jakym se momentalne resi zmena ve vyssich pozicich, take nemam dobry pocit z toho jak se presouvaji pozice do Indie, take se mi nelibi ze mame otresne bonusy.

Férové prostředí, žádné politikaření nebo pomlouvání apod. Velmi pěkné pracovní prostředí v officu, 3 dny v týdnu home office, velmi fajn kolektiv, firemní benefity např. možnost bezplatné konzultace s právníkem nebo psychologem, edenred příspěvky, různé firemní akce, wellbeing semináře, atd. Je toho hodně co je tam fajn.

Neustálý boj o klimatizaci / otevřená okna v officu, samozřejmě.. Jinak už mě nic moc víc nenapadá.

So far the best employer I had. Friendly atmosphere, lot of activities outside work (sports day, summer party, etc.), promotes volunteering and participation in charity events. Employee benefits are pretty good as well.

Hours can get long during certain times in the month. Working days are flexible, so you can compensate for the long days, but it can be frustrating at times.

I appreciate the truthfulness and the attempt of cooperation that is tried by the company. I also appreciate how normal employees have some authority to speak and does not feel "too pressured".

Unfortunately I do not think that it is enough for a great company like Atlas Copco as a brand. Truth be told basic benefits for average companies should not be put in comparison and presented as ground-breaking opportunities in my honest opinion. We as a company and as a brand should definitely try to be better, however it starts with the company I have to say.
