Protože člověk dostává dost úkolů, kde pracuje samostatně a dle svého uvážení. Ale hodnotím jen dle své bývalé pozice kvality inženýra. Takže máte volnost, ale musíte vykazovat výsledky samozřejmě.
Opět hodnocení z mé pozice inženýra kvality. Já chodil do práce na 6 hod a kolegyně třeba na 8:30. A čas, kdy člověk může nejpozději přijít do práce, je 9:30. Takže opravdu pružná pracovní doba. A pokud jste potřebovali odejít dříve, tak jste si mohli ten čas nadpracovat jiný den.
