Ocenit mohu pouze to že s vedoucím jsme se vždy dokázaly domluvit
Žádne benefity nemají pouze kvartální prémie vysoké pokuty za každou prkotinu za tři roky co jsem tam pracoval nedokázaly zajistit třeba kvalitní jídlo v kantíně každý noví zaměstnanec má nárok pouze na jednu skřínku v šatně prostě čisté viměnite za špinavé a šupem do práce za mě palce dolu určitě nedoporučuji

Nefér jednání. V případě špatného zdravotního stavu se nestydí Vám podkopnout nohy i přesto, že se zdraví sesypalo díky velké fyzické zátěži, která tam denně je. Slibují a sliby neplní, hlavně si udržet křeslo. Nejhůře placená firma na Novém poli.

Oceňuji kolegy, kteří to nevzdávají a pořád se snaží doladit nedostatky firmy a snaží se aby zaměstnanci byli spokojeni.
Bohužel jsou takoví kteří snahu sabotují a myslí jen na sebe.

Každá firma má své mouchy. A tak stejně i tato. Jsou tam dobří lidé, ale i ti špatní.
Pouze s falešnosti některých kolegů.
Flexible working hours
Opět hodnocení z mé pozice inženýra kvality. Já chodil do práce na 6 hod a kolegyně třeba na 8:30. A čas, kdy člověk může nejpozději přijít do práce, je 9:30. Takže opravdu pružná pracovní doba. A pokud jste potřebovali odejít dříve, tak jste si mohli ten čas nadpracovat jiný den.
Freedom and independence
Protože člověk dostává dost úkolů, kde pracuje samostatně a dle svého uvážení. Ale hodnotím jen dle své bývalé pozice kvality inženýra. Takže máte volnost, ale musíte vykazovat výsledky samozřejmě.
