Oceňuji, že mohu pracovat s dobrou partou lidí, se kterými si navzájem rádi pomůžeme.

Vadí mi, že jelikož ještě studuji, tak musím svůj čas přizpůsobit hlavně škole a občas je obtížné najít za sebe náhradu na směnu. Dále velmi dlouhé směny často po sobě.

Jako brigáda při škole je Decathlon ideální pracovní zkušeností, která toho spoustu naučí. Pokud je zaměstnanec spokojený, je vždy možnost kariérního růstu.

Bohužel se pracuje dle otevírací doby prodejny, takže nezbývá moc volného času při. Ale vše je o domluvě s vedoucím a správném nastavení směn.
