Nejvíce jsem spokojená s kolektivem, který mě úžasně přijal a snaží se mi pomáhat a vysvětlovat různé situace, abych byla v obraze, a to bez posměšných výlevů vůči mé osobě.

Momentálně mě nenapadá nic.

Naučil jsem se spoustu nových věcí a poznal spoustu nových lidí. Decathlon nabízí velmi dobré benefity pro své zaměstnance. K zaměstnancům se všichni chovají fér a na "stejné rovině". Celkově bych jako zaměstnavatele Decathlon doporučil.

Zatím jsem nenarazil na žádný velký problém či zádrhel. Nesetkal jsem se s ničím problémovým jak na prodejně, tak při tvorbě grafiky či na zákaznické podpoře.

Skvělí kolegové a nadřízení. Taky se mi velmi líbí, že mohu realizovat své nápady.

Skvělý kolektiv mladých lidí s nadšením do sportu. Ambasadorský program. Hezké platové ohodnocení. Příjemná atmosféra na pracovišti.

Občas se mi nelíbí časově směny.

Decathlon je velice zajímavá a perspektivní firma. Nejvíce oceňuji firemní kulturu a přístup jak k zaměstnancům, tak k zákazníkům. Velice zajímavé jsou možnosti jak pracovního, tak i osobního růstu, na čemž pracujeme průběžně a posouváme se stále dál.

Jelikož o většině věcech můžeme rozhodovat sami, sami jsme součástí většiny rozhodování, je toho málo, co by bylo potřeba změnit a nemůžeme to ovlivnit.

Tým, prostředí, kolektiv

Téměř žádné benefity, jako sportovní obchod nemáme ani multisportku. Ani na pohovorech nemáme moc co nabídnout.
