Pracovala jsem tady dlouho a naučila jsem se spoustu věcí na vice pozicích. Zaměstnavatel byl dobrý. Bohužel pobočka v Karolince končí.😢

Pozitivní je práce na jednu směnu (v podniku je na jíných pozicích i vícesměnný provoz), která jde dobře skloubit s rodinným životem a to, že nemusím dojíždět. Myslím si ale, že to jsou jediná pozitiva, která většinu lidí v tomto podniku drží.
Na různých vedoucích pozicích jsou lidé, kteří nemají zkušenost s jednotlivými pracovními postupy. Interiér budovy je velkou ostudou a je nevyhovujícím prostředím pro zaměstnance. Manuální dekorační práce je velmi nedoceněná.

Možnost pracovat samostatně, navrhovat i realizovat změny v procesech a postupech, velmi dobrého finančního ohodnocení
