What I value the most are the people and the atmosphere we create together. There is a strong sense of respect, openness, and willingness to support one another. I appreciate that everyone can speak up, bring their own ideas, and that things are actually addressed. “People first” is not just a phrase here – you can genuinely feel it in everyday collaboration. Thanks to my role, I also see how much emphasis is placed on fairness, support, and people’s development. That is personally very important to me. My work is creative, inspiring, and truly meaningful. The international environment brings new perspectives as well as daily challenges that push me to think differently and keep growing. This combination of great people, an open culture, and meaningful work is the reason why I continue to enjoy and feel fulfilled in my role.

Like any dynamic organization, we sometimes have processes that could be simpler or clearer. But thanks to our open culture, cross-team collaboration, and willingness to address issues, I see that these things are actively being worked on and improving.

I am most satisfied with the professional and supportive environment at DEFEND INSURANCE HOLDING s.r.o. The team is collaborative, and I appreciate the clear processes for handling claims, which make my work both structured and rewarding.

I think our web portal for reporting insurance claims should be promoted more.

People are nice, training is live as it should be, not theory, free coffee, free fruits 1 time / week, relaxed atmosphere as it should be - after we will die, it won't matter any of these nonsense that we are doing now so it is important not to have a place with conflicts, hatred and bad interests

Hopefully the new location will be nice. All the people and cultures in one place it is a complex thing that generally does not work. Culturally speaking you can't put all Europe in one room because of different customs, personality types, habits, visions etc. all mixed like they are the same while the are not.

Disrespect towards employees, failure to fulfill promises, micromanagement, company inefficiency, unclear rules for granting raises and bonuses, adding new responsibilities without prior training and additional compensation, lack of support from management, ineffective communication, lack of trust in employees.

Benefits are good People in the office/ colleagues are kind and supportive Helpful team Good team/company events

- LOCATION. Quite far and limited diner places around to go and eat. - Lunch time is very short, 30 min - Lack of Home Offices - Working hours not really comfortable, from 10-18.30, finishing quite late. (to be honest for those who work with UK) - Still using Stationary phones - Lack of staff in most teams
