Number of days of vacation. Friendly enviroment.

HO not possible. We dont do work trips. We do not receive sufficient bonuses (it is usually the same as 1 gross monthly salary, and 2 times year up to the performance / inflation). Office is in Chodov and with few facilities to take advantage of (sometimes it is impossible to book meeting rooms).

I am very impressed with the company from the first moment I have joined. There is very friendly environment, people incredibly supportive but also very professional. You can see written procedures, manuals, trainings. I feel being part of the team, included and full support provided.The company is growing, you can feel the stability and sense of being proud to be part of something amazing. I also like that there is tremendous focus on Customers, being transparent and fair, educating and showing empathy. Last but not least, I do like the office and the small treats we receive ( breakfast on Wednesdays, last Friday of the month - jeans day& lunch, Xmas presents, team buildings)

I would be happy for more benefits ( meal vouchers, contribution towards pension funds, car park space)

Pleasant work environment

The office building is located 2 stops from metro Chodov. The building itself seems to be old but the offices spreaded across 2 floors are newly refurbished with individual small rooms. Very nice, quiet, clean with enough privacy (far away from typical open space)

No overtime

If you are working on shift pattern basis, you have clear time schedule so there is no need for you to stay any longer. If you dont have dedicated shift, you are give the flexibility. I.e. You know how many hours per week you need to do (40) and you also know that its mandatory to be around between 9to15- the rest is up to you. So there is flexibility with no need for overtime. And in case you struggle to stay on top of your duties, you can always participate on further Time management courses :)

Čtvrtletní zpětná vazba zaměstnanců. Mnoho benefitů - týden dovolené navíc, každoroční navýšení mezd a bonusy, home office, Multisport atd.

Snaží se s námi komunikovat, když je potřeba se ho na cokoliv zeptat, udělá si čas. Je přátelský. Člověk využije cizí jazyk.

Slušnost, porozumění, příjemné pracovní prostředí
