I admire the international environment, vibe in the company is super friendly. Also, the benefit package is outstanding.

I like the general work environment, friendly colleagues and company events. I also appreciate the extra vacation days/ personal days.

I wasnt too happy about this years salary increase and bonuses. I would also prefer the contribution to transport over the cafeteria benefit (or a better version of cafeteria like Edenred). I also think the dress code is quite strict and doesnt make a lot of sense to me.

I appreciate the stability, I know this is strong brand with high potential in the market so I feel secure. I also like the fact that there is ongoing dialogue to make sure employees are satisfied and there are new initiatives to support and motivate us. My line manager prioritise making time for me and have regular feedback which is very important to me. I am able to show and do what I am best at. I love the friendly environment among people, like the atmosphere.

Lot of people moan about the location of the office but I have to say I am happy. There are changes within the company reg the shareholders and I feel there is at time lack of communication and prediction what the future holds, what is the vision and strategy, what are the priorities and change management. This is however something that can be worked on so we all can be on the same page and help the company to grow.

V Defend jsem si utvrdil komunikaci s lidmi. Oceňuji snahu získat zpětné vazby od zaměstnanců, zkvalitňování benefitů. Myslím, že každý si v benefitech najde něco pozitivního.

Chybí mi informace jaké má společnost dlouhodobé cíle, kam směřuje, čeho chce v Evropě v ČR dosáhnout, jakou má aktuální vizi do budoucna. Jaké odvětví chce posilovat? Často se bohužel setkám i s alibismem u některých kolegů na ostatních odděleních. Přijde mi, nezájem o aktivní řešení vzniklých problémů. Nebo snaha aktivně něco zlepšit.

Benefits and salary are good.
