Autonómia a zodpovednosť v rámcu zvereného projektu/projektov. Malá miera byrokracie, absencia zbytočných procesov. Vysoká pružnosť pokiaľ ide o zmenu projektu. Ak viete, čo robíte, a snažíte sa, vašu prácu je vidieť.
