Pevne pracovni jadro je 10-14h, zbytek je mozne odpracovat dle dohody s nadrizenym. Moznost pracovat z domova nekolik dni v tydnu po uplynuti zkusebni doby.

Dává šanci se zlepšovat v tom, v čem člověk "plave". Má slušný systém benefitů a ke všem se snaží chovat stejně bez ohledu na jeho pohlaví, stav, národnost apod.

Asi bych zmenšil kanceláře, aby byly pro menší počet lidí.

Nadřízený si udělal čas nás vyslyšet, vysoechl náš názor a nabídl nám jiné možnosti. Snažil se dát kolektiv dohromady pomocí Teambuildingu v terénu, na zaměstnaneckých akcích.

Zvýšit plat, ocenit více nadané zaměstnance,
