+ práce v menších týmech + super ferova šéfová i její zástupce + benefity, možnost náhradního volna za přesčas ajaj.

Open office má + i - spíš bych uvítala víc mini kanceláří po 2-3 lidech

Nastoupila jsem po VŠ, ale vykonávala jsem jsem jednoduchou rutinní práci- kontrolu, zda se faktury zaúčtovaly správně. To jsem si nepředstavovala. Na druhou stranu kdybych vydržela, asi bych se časem posunula na lepší pozici.

celkově dobrá atmosféra, vyborná perspektiva závodu a zaměstnavatel jako výborná škola! Kdo odcházel z Frenštátu, snadno se uplatnil jinde. Zaměstnavatel měl rozsáhlý program školení a prohlubování kvalifikace.

nízký plat v porovnání s konkurencí-zvýšil bych jej.

V našem kraji jsou příjmy spíš na hranici minimální mzdy, Siemens patří mezi dvě místní firmy, kde se dají vydělat slušné peníze.

Široké spektrum realizace, profesní školení, možnosti vzdělávání.

V pružnosti, což je ale zároveň vzhledem k velikosti a hierarchii firmy občas obtížné.
