Zaškolení pro práci ve výrobě, není složité, ale předpokladem je zručnost, šikovnost a smysl pro odvedení maximálně kvalitní práce. Ne všichni musejí umět všechno, ale je potřeba se naučit alespoň základní práce na montáži a pak, v rámci možností a šikovnosti, se naučit složitější věci. Takže není potřeba se bát, že jsem nic podobného nedělal. Při troše dobré vůle se dá naučit skoro všechno. Věk vůbec nehraje roli, tady se opravdu hodnotí výsledky.
