Jen a pouze s penězi - většinou.
Neuvěřitelná arogance a zákeřnost vedení v chování k zaměstnancům, lež jako standardní pracovní a manažerský nástroj. Jedinou motivací tam vydržet byly peníze. Momentálně si na stránky dávají nová PR videa, jak je to u nich skvělé. Možná jedna konkrétní informace pro případné zájemce za všechny: Během mého působení se v této společnosti vystřídalo 180 obchodníků a 290 telefonistek - obrázek si udělejte sami.

Zaměstnanci, kteří dokázali vydržet dlouho, si mohli vydělat slušné peníze.
Pro vedení firmy byl zaměstnanec pouhé číslo v jejich tabulkách. Manipulace byl běžný nástroj manažerů. Vedení se snažilo rozdělovat i zaměstnance mezi sebou. Co kdyby si řekli pravdu mezi sebou?
Order and rules
Protože zaměstnanci musí poslouchat a moc se nestrpí vlastní názor. Proto je to lepší pro lidi, kteří raději poslouchají nařízená pravidla.

Individualní přistup, zakladní mzda+neomezené možnosti výdělku, firemní akce, benefity jako auto, telefon, notebook, různorodá práce, v zádek vlastní call centrum, moderní zázemí. Jsem u této firmy 2 roky a jsem velice spokojený, produkt se kterým obchodujeme má smysl a budoucnost, super kolektiv. P
