Práce u Atlasu je pro mě vášní. Není to jako chodit do práce. Chodím dělat to, co mě baví. Obchoduju s produktem, který má potenciál a kterému věřím. Jednání jsou vždy předem domluvená a mají úroveň. U Atlasu si vážím férovosti a vstřícnosti šéfů, kteří umí namotivovat a podržet, když je třeba a pochválit a ocenit dobře odvedenou práci. V současné době se chystám na MD, ale u Atlasu chci zůstat. Ani by mě nenapadlo koukat po něčem jiném. Proč taky:).

Oceňuji individuální přístup s jasnými pravidly, každému je od začátku jasné, co se po něm chce. Pomoc se zapracováním, pravidelná zpětná vazba s vedením. Dobrá práce je vždy dobře ohodnocená. Kdo chce a umí pracovat, bude se mít vždy dobře.

Zaměstnavatel má vždy ke všem zaměstnancům lidský přístup. Vytváří pohodové pracovní prostředí a super kolektiv zaměstnanců. To vše podporuje na celofiremních případně i pobočkových akcích :)

Orientace na jinou oblast podnikání, v dnešní době, kdy jsou zákony volně ze zákona na webu, platit 30 tis za aktuální DVD ??
