I nováčka zaučí, nemusíte mít zkušenosti s voláním, příjemný kolektiv, firemní akce

Super kolektiv do kterého zapadne úplně každý, dobrá komunikace ze strany Team leaderů, super benefity ve formě elektronických stravenek a automatů na to přizpůsobených hned ve firmě
Průměr hovorů za směnu je nedostižný, operátorů přibývá, ale průměr hovorů je stále stejný, odvyjí se potom v osobním ohodnocení.
Complex tasks
Práce je velmi náročná na psychiku, pro některé lidi můžete za všechno na světě právě Vy. Nikdy to zákazníkovi na druhé straně nevysvětlíte. Dále třeba při zadávání výpovědí někteří lidé nechápou, že jsou jisté postupy, které mají i ve VOP, přesto se s Vámi budou hádat a zbytečně znepříjemňovat hovor.
Work in a team of young people
Protože průměrně operátor vydrží 1-3 roky a nejlepší je problémy řešit, pokud je člověk ještě mladý, určitě není práce vhodná pro důchodce.

Sodexho karta, 25 dní dovolené, HR aktivity, mladý kamarádský kolektiv, pěkné pracovní prostředí, radost z práce, kterou dělám a viditelné výsledky práce celého týmu a firmy jako takové.
Není nic s čím bych byla nespokojena.

Přátelské prostředí, dobrá atmosféra, benefity, dobré místo pro prodejního ducha.
Jednotvárná práce, téměř robotická (operátor call centra).

Férový přístup k zaměstnancům Pracovní atmosféra
Na stejnou práci méně lidí, než v podobných společnostech, což někdy vede k přetížení zaměstnanců
