Jsem ráda, že mi firma umožňuje se účastnit 1/2 Maratonu. Dále jsem ráda, že přispíváme (např. na útulky...). Jsem ráda, že se k kolegy můžu setkávat i na různých akcí - vánoční večírky, bruslení, festivaly a to vše i firma platí. :)
Ráda bych viděla, že si firma váží dlouholetých zaměstnanců - např. zvednutí platu po 3 letech, chtěla bych modernější interiér, občas pravá ruka neví, co dělá levá

Mám skvělé kolegy, kteří dokáží poradit a je s nimi zábava. Máme spoustu firemních akcí hrazených zaměstnavatelem. (Vánoční večírky, O2 hry, týmové posezení, akce Morava)
Platové ohodnocení by mohlo být lepší, není to co to bývalo, když jsem nastupovala. Občas pravá ruka neví co dělá levá.

s přístupem - vždy se dá dohodnout na tom co zrovna potřebuji se svými kolegy
málo benefitů (sport, dovolená, kultura), není 13 plat, bohužel z nás dělají prodejní callcentrum, poslední dobou málo hovorů - tudíž možný malý výdělek
