Lepší organizování - ať už se jedná o cokoliv. Lepší zpracování směn. Rozhodně zrušit víkendové směny.

Atmosféra je hodně přátelská a neformální Je spoustu akcí i mimo práci Je možnost zkoušet neustále nové věci a posouvat se
Je to sice na metru, ale poměrně daleko od centra

Nejvíc mě tu baví množství věcí, ke kterým se dostanu. Projekty na kterých tu pracuji, mě fakt baví. Původně jsem ani nečekal, že v Zonky vydržím tak dlouho, ale pořád ještě necítím, že by se můj čas krátil :)
Chtělo by to u nás v týmu víc sportovních fanoušků :-D O fotbale pokecám jen v jiných týmech...

Zonky je jedna velká rodina. I přes růst počtu zaměstnanců je stále vidět zájem o jednotlivce, jeho potřeby a rodinný život. Od počátku firmu budují lidé, kteří z toho nechtějí udělat korporát se spoustou nesmylných pravidel. Na druhou stranu je to firma plná lidí, kteří jsou zapálení pro to, co dělají...a totéž je očekáváno od nováčků.

Naprosto přátelská atmosféra a férovost
Nic tak velkého, co by stálo za zmínku
Jobs for people with no work experience
Sám jsem neměl téměř žádné zkušenosti a v Zonky mě do týmu ochotně přijali. Trvalo nějakou dobu, než jsem se něco naučil, ale měl jsem drive pro věc a zůstal jsem v Zonky přes rok. Nemusíte umět od začátku vše, ale stačí věci chtít umět a mít drive, tím v Zonky můžete uspět.
