Přátelský kolektiv. Jistota zaměstnání. Bezplatné parkování v centru 24/7. Možnost kvalitního stravování v budově úřadu.

Oceňuji benefity, vstřícný přístup nadřízených

Nespokojenost souvisí s typem budovy - osvětlení, teplota, větrání. Také by se častěji mohla revidovat mzdová ohodnocení - konkrétně osobní příplatek mám beze změny už 8 let, přitom je mi přidělováno stále více práce i mimo mé pracovní zařazení.

Oceňuji pestrost práce, možnost školení, stále se učím nové věci. Z benefitů best off je možnost rozvrhnout si pracovní dobu, parkování vedle budovy zdarma, nově home office a samozřejmě benefitový účet.

Často jsou to nekonečné a zkostnatělé procesy. Zejména administrativní.

příležitost pomáhat lidem, různorodost práce, jídelna v místě práce

Od podzimu 2022 je v práci pocitově veliká zima. Bylo by lepší mít o několik stupňů více v práci. Při psaní na klávesnici je mi zima na prsty. Poslední dobou se trochu pohoršilo jídlo v jídelně.
