parkování zdarma, kolektivní akce (sportovní den, mikulášský večírek)

pracovní prostředí (klimatizace), horší odkomunikování informací, které jdou shora až k jednotlivému zaměstnanci, klesající úroveň přátelského prostředí, které tady mezi kolegy bývalo (ale to je možná všude s ohledem na dobu)

benefity ze sociálního fondu, možnosti tří dnů sic day ,možnosti dvou dnů home office v měsíci

Nemožnost převést si ani 5 dnů dovolené do následujícího kalendářního roku.

Systém benefitů, stravování v B21 a možnosti vzdělávání velmi oceňuji.

B21 má neuvěřitelně hlučnou klimatizaci, která negativně ovlivňuje pracovní výkon zaměstnanců KÚ.

Benefity: parkování, zaměstnanecký fond, flexibilní pracovní doba Oceňuji přístup, pokud musím k lékaři nebo mám nemocné dítě. Naučila jsem se, že mezilidské vztahy se musí budovat a záleží na nich velká část úspěchu práce. Dále jsem se naučila číst velké množství textu a vybrat ten relevantní:-)

Větší digitalizace oběhových dokumentů, které stále máme v papírové formě. Chybí 4. jídlo v jídelně. Smlouva na dobu určitou.
