- Vzhledem ke krátkému působení na KÚ mám zatím jen pozitivní zkušenosti, uvidíme, jaké to bude s přibývajícím časem. - Přívětivé pracovní prostředí, celková budova, kancelář. - Vstřícný přístup a snaha usnadnit nástup do nového zaměstnání, od nadřízených, kolegů i všech spolupracovníků na patře. - Personální odbor: velmi profesionální jednání a přístup od prvního kontaktu při podání přihlášky do výběrového řízení, během výběrového řízení a následně při přijetí do zaměstnání.

Velké množství benefitů - jídelna, parkování v centru města, cafeteria systém, aktivity společenské odpovědnosti, společné akce pro zaměstnance apod. Jedná se o stabilního zaměstnavatele, který však klade nové nároky a výzvy pro zaměstnance.

Nové zkušenosti. Benefity včetně stravy v jídelně. Vstřícnost od jiných zaměstnanců.

Prostředí v budově - vzduchotechnika. Některé procesy jsou zdlouhavé a zaměstnávají zbytečně mnoho lidí.
