Samozřejmě, jak ve kterém oddělení, ale výroba či oprava každé lokomotivy je vlastně originál. Není to sériová pásová výroba. A člověk se pořád učí, pakliže chce a má zájem.

Lidé, kteří mají malé děti si přizpůsobí pracovní dobu.Zároveň i pracovníci na dělnických pozicích si mohou určit po domluvě jak nastoupí na směnu, v jiných firmách je většinou jasně daná pracovní doba.
Zaměstnaj je bez praxe stim že si ji uděláte třeba i nějaké zkoušky svářečák atd. Ale nepočítejte s pomocí kolegů ty vás v tom nechají plavat.
