Pracovní doba, možnost HO, dostupnost do práce, vybavení a zázemí.
S možností uplatnit benefity, zastaralý proces, zdlouhavý jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro proces, který musí být následně zaevidován. Zvýhodňování jiných zaměstnanců. Nejednotně nastavený systém pro všechny.
